Men's Indoor Track Team Competes at Harvard Open
ALLSTON, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State College women's indoor track and field team competed at the Harvard Open on Saturday.
Sophomore Bill Taft (Hanson, MA) ran a strong mile for the Bears as he posted a time of 4:31.67 to finish in 13th place.
Kevin White (Swansea, MA) made the finals of the 60-meter hurdles as he finished in 14th place. The Bears' senior captain recorded a time of 8.93 seconds in the preliminaries and 8.94 seconds in the finals.
Senior Nicholas Ferrara (Swansea, MA) placed ninth in high jump with amark of 6', 3/4", while freshman Stephen Wahome (Lowell, MA) grabbed seventh place in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:40.20.
