At Bridgewater State, you will Major in Physical Education and then choose a concentration in Recreation & Fitness Club Administration.  Concepts and principles related to recreation program development and administration are emphasized.  A few of the courses you will take are:

• Organization and Administration of School Athletics
• Organization and Administration in Recreation
• Leadership and Group Process
• Planning, Implementing and Evaluating Fitness Programs

With this, you will be prepared to work with a variety of clientele in the industry of recreation and fitness, in the private sector (health clubs, Golf Courses), the public sector (town & city Recreation Departments), and in College or high school Athletic Departments.
