Parent Information Packet answers all the common questions about this camp, including policies, procedures, and emergency information. Please review and be familiar with this valuable information.

Waiver /Agreement /Emergency Information Form is required from every participant before starting camp.

Required Medical Form- Each doctor's office usually has their own Physical Health Form that they can either send or fax to our office, using their own form. We would gladly accept their form.  It should include immunization history as well.   If your doctor's office does not have one, then please have them use ours.     Fax to:  Cathy Davis, 508.531.1356

Medication Authorization Form is needed if your child is under a doctors care for a condition. It is needed if your child will be bringing medications to the camp. Proper storage, authorization of users as well as safety information will help us support your child if / when they need to take medications.

Parking:  Anyone who will be getting out of their car, even if it is for 5 minutes, should park in the Swenson Parking Lot, just off of Tinsley Drive, as you get off route 104.  Please do not park directly at the Tinsley Center.

Drop Off Information:  Drivers can drive to Tinsley Center to let campers out of the car.

Pick Up Information: A "car pickup line" will start at the end of the half circle in front of the Tinsley Center.  As participants leave Tinsley Center, they are encouraged to walk along the sidewalk and grass to their perspective cars. As cars leave, the line will then pull forward.  Counselors and program staff will assist this process.   We hope to create a safe, effective and quick pick up procedure! 

Arrival Time: If you have registered, paid, and all forms have been confirmed, arrive  Monday at 8:30am.
If you have not registered, paid, etc. please arrive at 8:00am with all paperwork and payment

Lunch: Served daily to all campers at the college cafeteria - all you can eat!

Awards and T-Shirts: Each camper will receive a FREE T-Shirt. Various awards will also be given out throughout the week.

Groupings: Participants will be grouped by AGE  and/or SKILL LEVEL.
